In the share dialog, choose your scope — both work: Entire Screen + tick "Share system audio" → reacts to everything playing on your PC at once (Spotify, Windows player, games — all mixed).
A single Chrome tab + tick "Share tab audio" → reacts to just that one tab (e.g. a YouTube tab); narrower scope.
Then play audio and it reacts live — switch scope anytime with ⟲ Relink.
